Once we receive your submission, our team will review your request and respond within 1‑2 business days with follow‑up questions and next steps.
You will collaborate with our team via email to lock in every element of your custom wedding decor — including colour palettes, sizing, floral selections, prop specifications and personalised details.
We will send over a comprehensive price breakdown and estimated lead time.
Once everything is confirmed, we will share your dedicated custom checkout link.
Our creative team will prepare a digital draft and send it to you for review within 5-8 business days.
All custom orders will include two complimentary revision rounds to refine your design. Extra revisions are available at USD $10 per additional draft, and we will work closely with you until your design feels perfect.
Important note: Due to high custom‑order demand, we cannot produce digital drafts before an order is confirmed. You are still eligible for a full refund to your original payment method at any point before you approve your final digital draft. Once you approve your design and we start physical production, refunds will no longer be available.
Once you give final approval on your digital draft, our skilled craft team will hand‑build your bespoke wedding props and/or floral pieces.
Our standard production lead time is approximately 2 weeks. Projects requiring special‑order materials or integrated sentimental keepsake elements may add extra lead‑time.
